Worst day of my life

The worst day of my life was March 14th, 2011. I was working at that time. There were 4 people in the hall and only one person in the kitchen. The shop owner was absent, because he had the flu. Those days, we had many booking. We were short of help, but we worked hard to make up for the number of people. After a short time while, many guests came our shop. Many drink orders were collected at the bar counter, but there was only one bartender. So he missed many orders. Moreover, the cook couldn’t cook many dishes only one. Neither the dishes nor drink were in time. Many guest complained to the staff. There was nothing to do for it but to apologize to them.
We always apologized to the guests, but one person was very angry. One woman asked us what time it was and she said she had waited for her order for such a long time,but it hadn't arrived. I aplogized and told her that we would bring her order soon,but they were angry. So the acting owner apologized to them for a long time. They came back and said they would not come again hereand they would tell their friends about this shop and tell them that this shop was the worst shop. I felt like crying, but I worked until 4:00 a.m. After that, the acting owner and I talked about why they were angry at HAPPY MUNCHIES. All staff talked with the acting owner that day. We deeply regretted what happened. After I came home, I went to my bed soon, but I couldn’t sleep. The next day, we were so nervous. The atmosphere at the restaurant was depressed and I didn’t want to have the same thing happen again, so I worked in a trance.
Even now I can’t think of this without feeling sad. I don’t want to remember March 14th. That day was really the worst day of my life.

I'll introduce about "Stories of WITCHES". I read this tale for the first time. The first story is about a witch who called Bess. She loved going to party, but she lost her broomstic. She casted a spell on a woman. The woman turned into a horse. She climbed onto the horse's back. She could go to the party. Second story is about Kate, old witch and old wizard. Kate was turned into a dog by old witch. She could speak only "Woof!" Her parents asked old wizard. The old wizard helped Kate and exterminated the old witch. Third story is about the farmer's revenge. One day, a witch stole his milk, so he was angry. He tried revenge. It's interesting. I like third story.
